Pellicano Construction, Inc. was established in 1976 by Patrick A. "Tony" Pellicano in Albany, Georgia. Today, in addition to our Corporate Headquarters in Albany, Pellicano Construction also has offices in Macon and Atlanta, Georgia. Our services include Preconstruction, General Contracting, Design-Build, Building Information Modeling, Program Management and Construction Management to our clients, which has resulted in over 75% repeat or referred client business. We are currently managing projects across the Southeastern and Midwestern United States for such clients in the retail, automotive, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, corporate commercial, restaurant, entertainment, assisted living, and faith-based market segments. Pellicano Construction is currently licensed and/or authorized to work in 21 states. We acquire work through a Negotiated or Select Bid/Qualification process with a focus on building long-lasting relationships with our clients by providing integrity, commitment, and excellence in delivering our services.
